ABUNDANT SOLUTIONS is Hiring an Accounting Clerk Near Tulsa, OK
Job Duties:
Invoice customer sales orders
Input invoice information into customer web portals (Coupa, Ariba, etc)
Process inbound checks for electronic deposit
Reconcile against accounting software receivables
Contact customers for open invoices
Input vendor bills/invoices
Process outbound ACH payments for vendor payables
Input new customers & vendors into accounting software
Communicate with vendors on the status of invoices
Reconcile checking accounts to balance sheet
Create journal entries as directed
Assist in record keeping
Web portal access, customer/vendor website information, company asset list, etc.
Proficient in Microsoft products, excel, word and outlook
Netsuite/Oracle software experience is a plus.
First Shift
Pay: Depends on Experience
